Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be Himachal Pradesh residents enrolled in Pre-Matric, Post-Matric, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, or Ph.D. programs there to be eligible for the scholarships.
Additionally, candidates must fall under one of the following categories: OBC, SC, ST, or Minority, and their family’s annual income cannot exceed Rs 2,50,000.
Supporting Documents for the HP Epass Scholarship
1. A certificate of SC/OBC category (issued by an officer whose rank is not below Tehsildar). The DDHE/Head of the Institute will strictly verify this certificate during the online verification process.
2. Income certificate of the parent/guardian.
3. Passport-size photo.
4. Aadhaar Card (UID/EID No.).
5. Gap Year Affidavit for availing Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC/ST/OBC Students (original).
6. Receipts of Fee Payment.
7. Fee structure approved by the University/State Government/Board/Central Government. Fee structures approved by the head of the institution themselves are not acceptable for Private Recognized Institutions.
8. Himachali Bonafide Certificate.
9. Result Cards from Matric onwards.
10. Latest Bank Statement of the student’s account.
