- Start by visiting the official ‘E Kalyan’ website or by clicking the direct link provided below.
- Click the Scholarship Registration link to access a new page if this is your first time applying online.
- Then, print the completed information after completing all the required fields by clicking the Register/Sign up link at the bottom.
- If you have already applied online and are doing so again, click the Student Login link, enter your User Name and Password, finish the application by filling out all the required fields, and then print it off.
- The printed application form should be signed with your photo added before being uploaded with the other required documents and clicking “Final Submit”.

E Kalyan Scholarship 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following minimum eligibility conditions in order to be eligible to apply for scholarships offered by the Jharkhand government:
- The student must be a Jharkhand resident.
- One of three categories—Backward Class (BC), Schedule Tribe (ST), or Schedule Caste (SC)—must apply to a student.
- Families of students shouldn’t earn more than the sums listed below in one year.
- Backward Class (BC): Rs. 2,50,000 or 1,50,000 for Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST).
Who Cannot Apply for the Scholarship?
Candidates who fit into one of the following groups are not eligible to apply:
- Those pupils who don’t fit into the SC, ST, or BC categories
- SC, ST Students in college whose families earn more than Rs. 2,50,000 experience regression Students from families with annual incomes greater than Rs. 1,50,000
E Kalyan 2024 Online Registration
- The aspirants must submit their online applications through the Jharkhand e-Kalyan website.
- They must register in advance or by the deadline.
- The only information candidates need to provide throughout the registration procedure is their active and valid mobile number and email address, because all important messages will be sent via SMS or email.
- Students are required to submit their AADHAAR-linked bank account number when applying.
