4. The obtained Bachelor’s degree should be pertinent to the chosen field of study.

5. Candidates are required to have completed a 50-credit academic master’s program within two academic years.

6. Completion of an 8-10 week mid-program summer field experience is mandatory.

7. Following graduation, candidates must have engaged in employment within the development sector in Egypt for a minimum continuous duration of two years.

8. A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is expected from candidates.

9. All entry requirements for the academic MDP program must be met by the candidate.

How to Apply

1. Applicants are required to complete their scholarship application online.

2. Applicants must independently apply for and gain admission to the Masters of Development Practice (MDP) program at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota, USA. This process is separate from the scholarship application.

3. Applicants need to compose a personal statement in essay format, with a maximum length of 1000 words.
