Aikyasharee Scholarship: Aikyashree is a scholarship program administered by the West Bengal state government. The program is governed by the West Bengal Minority Development and Finance Corporation (WBMDFC; wbmdfcscholarship.org).
This scholarship program was established by the West Bengal government to help financially disadvantaged students from minority classes.
Students from the Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, and Parsi groups who are struggling financially are eligible for assistance under this program.
To receive the benefits, individuals must, however, meet some stringent qualifying requirements. From the Class 1 through Ph.D. level, the Aikyashree scholarship program pays the cost of education for low-income students. The recipients must submit a new application whenever necessary to maintain their eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by students in order to qualify for the Aikyashree scholarship:
- A permanent resident of West Bengal is required for applicants.
- Educational Level: Students enrolled in primary, secondary, higher secondary, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs are eligible for the scholarship.

Types of Aikyashree Scholarships

Aikyasharee Scholarship Application Procedure
There are two methods you can accept the Aikyashree scholarship if you’re willing to do so.
- Initially, click on the Aikyashree scholarship on the WBMDFC’s official website.
- Click the “New registration” button.
- After choosing your district, all of your personal information will be prompted. Add to it.
- After providing all the required information, click on submit to save.
Before October 20, 2023, the candidate must submit the completed application form for the Aikyashree Scholarship 2023–24.
Scheme selection
- Enter all the information requested by the scheme’s website.
- After filling out the column, check it over again before clicking “Submit” to continue.
Student login
- You will receive a temporary student login and ID password after registering and moving further.
- The password will be sent to your email. After that, you can access Aikyashree scholarship by logging in with your ID and password.
- They will next ask you for some personal information, such as your basic information and bank details.
- After filling that out, double-check it, then click the submit button.
- Once finished, check everything with the preview feature.
Verification
- Once you’ve entered all the information, double-check that it is accurate.
- There will be a printing option in Aikyashree Scholarship after submission and verification.
- In order to apply for a scholarship, print the receipt by clicking the print option and preserve it.

Conditions For Aikyasharee Scholarship
At the time of application, the applicant must submit a certificate of family income.
The continuation of the scholarship for “Renewal” applicants will depend on achieving a minimum of 50% on the previous year’s exam.
Hostlers and day students will get a maintenance allowance.
Students should attend class on a regular basis; the school’s competent authority will determine the benchmark for this.
A student will have their scholarship suspended or revoked if they disregard school rules and any other requirements of the scholarship.
Under the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Mode, the course/tuition fees and maintenance allowance will be directly deposited into the student’s bank accounts.
