Wigwe University is a private university located in Isiokpo, Rivers State, Nigeria.

It was Founded by a visionary entrepreneur, Herbert Wigwe.

The university is keen on providing a world-class education that equips students with the knowledge and skills to be future-ready.

Herbert Wigwe was the former CEO of Access Bank.

Wigwe University, established under the HOW Foundation, seeks to become Africa’s first Ivy League university.

The university was built as part of the Foundation’s five-year strategic plans and goals for providing quality education and reshaping the educational landscape on the African continent.

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees at the University vary depending on factors such as the level of study (undergraduate or postgraduate) and the program of study.

Students enrolled in Wigwe University’s College of Arts will pay $12,000 (N17.9 million) per session, including accommodation and other charges.

Students in the College of Engineering will pay $15,000 (N22.4 million) per session. The school fees are the same for students under the College of Management of Social Sciences.

According to Wigwe University’s website, students in the school’s College of Science and Computing are to pay $15,000 (22.4 million) per session.
