Ycmou Digital University
Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) is the fifth-largest open university in India, with its main campus located in Nashik, Maharashtra.
It is recognized by the UGC and approved by AICTE, and is also a member of statutory bodies such as AIU, ACU, and COL.
YCMOU offers over 100 courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and research levels, in addition to 35 Certificate and 29 Diploma programs across 8 schools.
Admission to YCMOU’s UG and PG courses (excluding MBA, MPH, and Ph.D.) is based on merit in the qualifying examination.
For MBA and MPH courses, the university conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET), while Ph.D. admissions are based on the PhD Entrance Test (PET) scores and a personal interview conducted by the university.

YCMOU Admission
The application form can be completed online by visiting YCMOU’s official website. After finishing the online registration, students must download the receipt for the payment of the application fee (INR 100). Final admission is granted only after submitting this receipt at the designated study center.
To apply for admission, follow these steps:
1. Go to the official YCMOU Nashik website (http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac/).
2. Click on the ‘Online Application’ tab and select the category for UG/PG/diploma/certificate programs.
3. Press the ‘submit’ button to open the registration form.
4. Register by carefully completing the application form and pay the application fee of INR 100.
5. Download the completed application form and send it along with the required documents to any of the YCMOU regional centers.
