Unilag Cut-off Mark

This message is intended to alert the University of Lagos applicants that the cut-off mark for candidates has been made public. Check the current UTME Cut off mark for UNILAG for all courses on this website if you’re trying to get in.

The minimum score required of applicants for admission to the institution has been revealed by UNILAG. If your O’Level score is sufficient and you meet the cut-off point, UNILAG is likely to admit you.

Despite being one of the greatest tertiary institutions in the nation, UNILAG has a set cut-off score for all applicants. Candidates who achieved that score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examinations (UTME) administered by the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB).

UNILAG Cut off Mark 2024

The UNILAG UTME Cutoff Mark is currently 140. Candidates who selected UNILAG as their top departmental preference in the recently completed UTME are being invited by the University of Lagos to apply for admission.

For applicants who fell short of the departmental minimal cutoff mark, UNILAG also offers supplemental forms. In addition to achieving a UTME score of at least 180, candidates are required to have at least 5 credits in their WASSCE or NECO results. That serves as the current cutoff point for all UNILAG departments. Candidates can read about UNILAG Post UTME and visit UNILAG Portal if they want to apply for admission to the University of Lagos.

The departmental cut off mark for the academic year 2023–2024 has been made public by the University of Lagos (UNILAG). See additional information below.

The departmental cutoff for law at UNILAG is 76.5, for computer engineering it is 79.3, for pharmacy, it is 76.125, for medicine and surgery it is 80.8, for mass media it is 72.125, and for economics, it is 72.875.

Please be aware that the UNILAG Departmental Cutoff Mark is different from the UTME Cutoff Mark. This is because the suggested marks for various courses vary.
