  • For Under Graduate level Scholarships (in 2nd year Engineering, Technology, or Pharmacy courses through Lateral Entry) from Institutes approved by AICTE and affiliated to WBSCT&VE&SD, or affiliated with State Medical Faculty for Under Graduate Level Scholarships (in 2nd year Pharmacy course through Lateral Entry), you must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 60%.
  • 55% marks in Graduate Courses from Any State University or AICTE Approved Institute of West Bengal for Post Graduate Level Scholarship (Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy) or 53% in Graduation (Honors Subject) from Any State University for PG Level Scholarship (General Education).
  • Students enrolled in M.Phil. and doctoral programs at state-funded schools (Non-NET Junior Research Fellow and NET-Lecturership).
  • Girls who earned a UG degree from a state university with at least 45% overall can apply for the scholarship program as Kanyashree(K3) candidates.
  • All applicants for the SVMCM scheme 2023 must have a family income of little more than Rs. 2,50,000 per year.
