In order to be admitted, applicants must meet The Ohio State University’s entry standards. Admission standards for undergraduate and graduate courses are as follows:
Undergraduate Admission
1. High school performance (Class rank or GPA). The Ohio State University does not have minimum requirements for GPA or class rank
2. SAT or ACT score (if applicable)
3. A holistic review is conducted prior to admissions, which means that in addition to a strong academic profile, students must have experience demonstrating leadership or engaged involvement, demonstration of outstanding talent in a specific area, desire and ability to contribute to and engage with a diverse campus community, and so on.
Graduate Admission
1. The equivalent of a four-year bachelor’s or advanced degree from an approved college or university, achieved before the expiry date of enrollment into the selected graduate program
2. A minimum of 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale or equivalent) in the most recent bachelor’s or advanced degree.
3. Transcripts or other credentials demonstrating that the applicants have completed prerequisite academic work.
