FUTA Requirements For Direct Entry (DE) 2024

The criteria for applicants who seek to be admitted to the Federal University of Technology Akure through Direct Entry are as follows:

  1. Pass the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) with a minimum of 5 credits in no more than two sittings.
  2. Candidates must have successfully completed two ‘A’ level or IJMB courses in their field of study.
  3. A’ Level JUPEB/related topics passed.
  4. You must have a degree (First Class/Second Class Upper) in a related field to enroll in your course of choice.
  5. FUTA Direct Entry forms must be obtained by candidates for direct entrance via the FUTA Portal and the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
  6. Passed all Advanced Level Certificates, including the National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma, and others, with at least a merit.
