Federal Polytechnic Offa – Offa in Kwara State is home to the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, a university in Nigeria. Since its founding in 1992, the Polytechnic has been providing undergraduate-level courses leading to the National Diploma and Higher National Diploma.

Federal Poly Offa Admission Requirements for Utme Candidates
(‘O’ Level) Requirements for WAEC & NECO Candidate must receive at least a Credit pass in all courses, which must include English language and mathematics as well as any additional 3 disciplines related to your program of study. How to Apply for the Polytechnic Post UTME Form
To complete the following, all qualified candidates should visit www.fpo.edu.ng, the polytechnic portal.
To make the payment online;
- Input their information and the security form;
- uploading their test results and other required documents;
- Print the security form and the post-screening slip for them:
- You must personally turn in the printout of the security form to the security office located in the polytechnic’s main campus on Ojoku Road in Kwara State.
- All Candidates must use an Interswitch-compatible ATM card to make an online payment of #2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) for all applications.
- Candidates must write their names exactly as they appear on their JAMB RESULT SLIP and O’ level results/certificates, last name first.
- AND Candidates need to have a valid personal email account.
Keep in mind that failing to follow the aforementioned processes and the provision of any false information will result in the candidates’ disqualification and forfeiture of their admission.
