Ajeenkya DY Patil University (ADYPU) is a private institution situated in Lohegaon, Pune, Maharashtra, and is part of the DY Patil Group, a prominent network of educational institutions in India.

The University Grants Commission (UGC officially recognized it). Founded in 2015 under the Maharashtra Government Act, ADYPU was established by Padmashree Dr. DY Patil, the former governor of Bihar.

Placements

ADYPU operates a Corporate Relations Cell (CRC) that focuses on building partnerships with leading companies across various industries.

The university provides numerous opportunities for internships and placements, encouraging students to complete at least one three-month internship each academic year.

Summer internships are offered from mid-May to mid-August, allowing students to gain industry experience before starting their careers.

For the 2020 placements at Ajeenkya DY Patil University, the university facilitated over 150 recruitment opportunities with major corporations. The highest placement package recorded was Rs 21.6 LPA, while the average package was Rs 5.4 LPA.

ADYPU Admissions

Admissions are determined solely by merit. Applicants seeking a consolidated admission process must show up for the single entrance exam. The college administers the ACET (ADYPU Common Entrance Test) for each course it offers.
