Admission Requirement
The different colleges have various requirements for admission to the school. For undergraduate programs, the candidate must have at least 5 credits in topics like mathematics, English language, and any other three subjects that are pertinent to the field of study, as is the case at all Nigerian universities.
Before admission can be granted, the applicant must first pass the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB), Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), after which the candidate is anticipated to participate in an oral interview with a member of the prospective college‘s academic faculty.
Students who seek to transfer from another university or who have completed either an Advanced Level program or a degree foundation program are also eligible for direct entry admission at the university. The level at which they are admitted differs depending on the college.
